Global Flight Training Group, Airways Aviation, Purchases ALSIM AL250 Simulator

France headquartered simulator manufacturer ALSIM is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of its partner for more than 20 years, Airways Aviation Group.

Airways Aviation Group currently possesses throughout its network 5 ALSIM simulators, including 2 AL200, an ALX, an AL42, and their new acquisition, the AL250, which will be installed in Australia.

The AL250 simulator addresses initial phase training needs (PPL,CPL, IR/ME) and is SEP/MEP re-configurable simulator certified as an EASA FNPT II. In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpit for each flight model at the simple flick of a switch. This device has been extremely well received since its creation and more than 80 of these have already been installed and in successful operation worldwide.

Janet Dalby, Airways Aviation Australia, Pacific, CEO says that “At Airways Aviation Australia, our goal is to offer unparalleled Pilot Training to aviation students from Australia and overseas. We are proud of our accredited programs and partnerships with universities and vocational education institutions. To support our students during their ab-initio training, we are always seeking training solutions that will complement our programs. We chose the AL250 simulator from ALSIM Flight Training Solutions because of its unparallel quality and functionality, and the fact that they rival any other product on the market. With it being a fully capable training simulator for PPL, CPL & IR/ME, this eliminates the need for us to have multiple devices at our Academy. ALSIM are experts in flight training solutions, their extensive experience in fixed-wings flight simulation perfectly aligns with Airways Aviation’s 30-year history of providing top-quality aviation education around the world.”

Audrey JEFFROY, ALSIM’s Sales Director, commented: “It’s been a great pleasure to collaborate with the Airways Aviation Australia team for the last couple of months, and we are very proud of this new step in the relationship between ALSIM and Airways Aviation Group. And we want to thank them for their renewed confidence in ALSIM. We can’t wait to see the first students flying in the sim!”
